MONOBLOCK SHIMANO 11S

Each MonoBlock is machined from a solid block of chromolybdenum steel. This allows for an optimized 3D design instead of single cogs pressed together. Resulting in a stiffer and lighter construction.

CrMo steel is significantly harder than Aluminium which is often used high-end cassettes from the top drivetrain brands. The steel Monoblocks will last longer.

Our Monoblocks are heat-treated, tumble-finished and electroplated for added durability and a low-friction operation.

Improved profile designs for the teeth. Adapted to the cogs next to it.

The one-piece cassette has also a solid connection with the freehub, which avoids any movement of the cogs in relation to the derailleur and chain.
